The CFS RobotLoader is modular from a single robot for medium-sized production lines up to 8 robots in line for high performance applications. High-speed pick & place at up to 100 picks per robot per minute, optimises product flow, increases yield and improves reliability. The entire system is easily cleaned. All components that contact products, including grippers, vacuum pipes and conveyors, can be quickly and easily changed and ‘Cleaned Out of Place’ (COP). The CFS RobotLoader is capable of a complete wash down in half the time of comparable systems.

A wide range of vacuum and mechanical gripper tools guarantee gentle handling even of very critical products. Format changeover by push of a button and changing the gripper tool within seconds lead to a level of flexibility yet to be equalled in the market.
